Tai Ji, an ancient Chinese art designed to improve the body’s functional efficiency.

With regular practice, a step towards greater awareness of your Qi internally and externally, improving your posture, balance, energy levels, immune system, coordination, your mind/body connection, reducing stress and calming the mind.

The class is conducted under the expert guidance of experienced practitioner Breffni Groome.
