Exercise is good for you
Staying active and exercise on a regular basis are key to helping manage the symptoms of Parkinson's. The physical and mental health benefits and a sense of wellbeing, as the result of the activity-based programmes, are widely acknowledged and recommended by the medical experts.
Classes of varying discipline are all designed with Parkinson's in mind. Each class varies in its degree of difficulty and complexity. To get the best out of your activity session, please speak to the Instructor for further information.

Nordic Walking
It has been decided to suspend walks for the foreseeable future. However, if there are sufficient numbers of people definitely interested in learning the Nordic walking technique and how it might help to address some of the symptoms of Parkinson's, then this can be reviewed.
