Dancing is fun and socially engaging.

It makes you feel good and alive.

For people living with Parkinson's, dancing can help in improving fluidity of movement, developing postural stability, flexibility and balance.

The dance class under the expert guidance of classically trained Sophie Zealand and with her carefully chosen selection of music, she will take you through different dance disciplines from around the globe, ranging from the classical world of Ballet, Line Dancing, Street to Disco and Bollywood and more.
